Condition of Pieces

All pieces are secondhand, pre-owned or used (unless stated otherwise) and in functional condition. They are cleaned or pre-washed before shipping to you.

Secondhand pieces may have cosmetic imperfections and natural wear-and-tear. Any flaws will be noted in their description.

Payment

Our website accepts major credit cards and payment via PayPal.

If you would like to purchase using Zelle, Venmo or PayPal for a local pickup, please reach out to @adieu.adios directly.

Returns

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted. All sales are final.

If there is a problem with your order, please fill out the contact form on our site and it will be looked into.

Shipping & Local Pickup

U.S. Shipping: Orders are shipped out via USPS within 3 to 5 business days. Tracking information will be given once a label has been created. Please allow 24 hours for tracking results to become available.

Local Pickup: Pickups will be in Queens, NY. Exact location will be disclosed after payment is received.  Please enter LOCALSONLY at checkout to waive shipping.

International Shipping: If you would like a piece shipped out to you, please fill out the contact form on our site for rates.

Cat-Friendly Home

All pieces come from a cat-friendly home (her name is Pantü).

If you have severe allergies, please reach out so I can take extra precaution when cleaning and handling your pieces to ensure they're as dander-free as possible!
